Return & Refund Policy

1. Conditions of return and exchange
(1) Applicable circumstances for return : the product itself has defects, damages, and insufficient functions, etc.
(2) Applicable circumstances for exchange: Received incorrect product, product lacks parts, or color needs to be changed, etc.

2. How to return an item?

We accept returns, and you can submit a return request within 30 days after delivery or within 40 days after purchase. If your product is defective and your product is covered by our manufacturer's warranty, you can file a warranty claim. Once you ship the product back, please send us an email to notify us. Your order number and reason for return must be included in the email (if necessary, please attach a photo). After our customer service department receives a refund/order cancellation request via email and returns the product to us, a full refund will be issued.

3. How to exchange goods?

If you want to exchange goods. Please keep all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved. If your replacement product is out of stock or out of stock, we will notify you immediately after the estimated arrival date, or we may recommend a suitable replacement product together with you.

We will process your return and refund application within two working days after receiving your email. After we agree to the refund, you will receive the refund amount within 48 hours. Customers can use their own shipping method to return the returned goods.
